Citrix stuck VM Handling

1. Open the VM console

2. Check if you can login to the console.

3. If the console is black/blank, press a key to activate the console.

4. Try logging in through SSH or RDP.

5. Take a snapshot of any error messages on the screen

6. If the VM is non-operational, means that you are not able to login through console, RDP or SSH, then only in this condition, it would need a hard-reboot.

7. Hard-Reboot can cause a VM to become un-bootable and avoid at all costs it if you can.
