Domain ID Protection Procedure

Procedure for ID Protection

1. The ID Protection will be enabled on a .com , .net , .org and domains registered with ENOM.

2. ID Protection will NOT work on .ca domains

3. Go to invoices for the relevant client, click create invoice, and then put the amount, $5 for 1 year, $10 for more than 1 year and upto 2 years, $15 for more than 2 years and upto 3 years and so on.

4. Click add Tax.

5. Generate the invoice and attempt capture if its Credit Card.

6. If its paypal, update the client and ask them to pay the invoice before turning on ID Protection.

7. Once the invoice is paid, and payment is clear, move to the next step.

8. Go to the relevant domain and click ID Protection from the bottom.

9. This will switch on ID Protection, and will increase the recurring amount according to the renewal in years, $5 for every year.

10. If renewal is set after every 2 years, it will add $10 as recurring amount. If domain is renewed yearly, it will only add $5 to the recurring amount.

11. Now the ID protection is turned on, client has been charged and amount has been adjusted for future payments as well.
