1. Check if the VPS is on OpenVZ or Citrix

2. Check which OpenVZ node it is on

3. Login to R1Soft,
http:backupsr1.4goodhosting.com (Vancouver Restore)
http:backupsr2.4goodhosting.com (Toronto Restore)
4. Select the relevant server and disk safe after logging in.

5. Identify the VPS by Container ID (CTID)

6. Restore the Files from the CTID

7. The paths for restore are like this:
