Outgoing spam filter / MailChannels

We use MailChannels cloud as an email gateway for all our shared servers. As well, Mike will update from time to time which all customer servers must be routed through MailChannels.

In order to find the settings, login to MailChannels account settings, click on the eye next to SMTP passwords.

No shared accounts which routes through the server's default IP should be excluded from MailChannels, even though it is possible. If those accounts do want to, they need to purchase dedicated IP and the /etc/mailips should be updated. Once that is done, you need to specify the below on Section: POSTMAILCOUNT // of Exim Configuration Editor in WHM.
