For domain.com client will receive an authorization email to verify the transfer. This will take 7 days to complete after verification.

Domain Transfer
Please follow these steps:
1) Request your domain transfer EPP code from your former domain registration service. They are obligated to provide the domain transfer EPP code to you.
2) Make sure domain privacy is turned 'off' (or you won't receive some essential emails regarding the transfer.)
3) Also make sure your domain is in an 'unlocked' state, most likely through your other service's customer login interface.(you will mostly likely be able to see the EPP code for your domain in there as well.)
4) Lookup/verify the email address that is associated with your initial domain registration.
(You can verify which email address that is by looking up your domain information through http:www.whois.sc )
5) If you are no longer able to view that email account, your will need to update it through your current registrar service first.
6) Then reply to this email support ticket with the EPP code.
7) You will need to respond to transfer approval email that will be sent to the particular email address that is associated with your domain to complete your domain transfer.
(Note: for Canadian .CA domains, this email approval step is not required. No pproval/authorization email will be sent.)

Incoming SPAM Filters:
SPAM Experts is used for incoming Email Filtering for Shared Servers. SPAM Experts is also used for some VPS Clients, who have subscribed and are paying for it.
For non L3 clients, we can configure a single domain with unlimited mailboxes for $5.00
Outgoing SPAM Filter:
We are using a custom outgoing solution, where all shared servers are sending email through that SPAM filter/gateway. Some important VPS are also using that Filtering gateway to send outgoing email.
Incoming Filtering VPS:
We have mailcleaner SPAM Filtering solution for incoming VPS Mail Filtering. This service is availed by paying.
